Good morning cozy critters. Today lets talk about creating a movie theater feel in your own home. Now a days it costs a pretty penny to go see a movie at the theater especially if you are taking kids or plan to get snacks there. Now if you go to a theater you can not talk or use your phone or even go to the bathroom without possible getting in trouble or missing part of the movie you paid for. So why not create a movie feel at home where you can use the bathroom or make your own snacks. First you need the large screen. As a television will work why not get a projector so you can get that great large screen feel. This projector is less than 100$ which is cheaper than most large screen televisions sets. You can Hook up any device you like such as phone or laptop to get any movie you would like. Creates a 100 inch screen view so you have that theater look at home. So you got the screen how about sound? Well below is a great sound bar for less than 60$ and creates surround sound for your movie experience. It also comes with a remote and Bluetooth so cords are not needed a plus for people who have babies and toddlers. So now you are set up for the movies at home but what about yummy snacks that cost an arm and leg at the theater? Well lets start with the staple of movie theaters the popcorn. It is less than 80$ and can make that yummy butter lovers popcorn in a heart beat or create a more healthy popcorn from the comfort of your own home. Filling the air with the smell of fresh popcorn you are almost ready for the movies. But wait the kids want an icee and you want soda so how do you do that from home well below are the prefect topper to this movie experience. Well we all know as long as your not buying the soda from the theater is is pretty cheap so no need to get a soda maker machine. However icee are now becoming expensive even from a corner store. This is a fun way for kids and even adults to make icee or cold beverage without going to buy one. So maybe you are thinking this can not be cheaper than going to the movies. Well here is a basic layout of prices just here in my area. A movie on a night time price is almost 9$ person and kids are 7$. So a family like mine that is basically 40$ just to see one movie without the snacks or games that the kids will want to play. Now a kids meal there is 10$ for a small amount of popcorn, a fruit gummy snack and tiny drink; that will most likely make them need to use the restroom before the movie is even over. For adult popcorn with a free refill is 10$ and drinks are 8$ so for all of us to enjoy snack from there is another 60$ so now for us that is 100$ just to see one movie with snacks which does not include games they may want to play or 3D movie or other options. So say we want to see 6 movies in one year time that is almost 600$ for the year when I could spend way less to enjoy movies from home without issues like the kids wanting to run around or me who like to talk during a movie or going to the bathroom.
