Good morning cozy critters. Today we are going to talk about homes that like, have or want fish. Fish can be a relaxing pet to watch and the options are endless. Below are just a couple picture of room ideas people have already done. When it comes to your water breathing friends you want some good basics first. A tank is really the first thing you need to get. Depending on how many fish and what kind will help determine what size tank you have. For beginners I also suggest a fresh water tank to get you started as a salt water tank is much more difficult to maintain and more expensive. So below are a couple of tanks but the options are endless as there are many shapes to get the tanks in. I would also like to state that even for a single betta fish it is better to have at least a 10 gallon tank. Fish like to swim and having a good healthy size tank will increase the health and life of your fishy friends. So the first tank below is a little smaller than I suggest but has cool led light and a great flow system giving the fish some exercise. The other tank below is cool because you can also keep some fresh water plants above it creating a little ecosystem. So to give your fish a cozy home for them please use fresh water plants instead of fake. This gives them hiding spots encase they are shy and fresh air so to speak for them. There is always fresh water plants at your local pet store but below is also a link encase you want it brought to your door. Please note that ordering these during certain weather conditions may cause harm to these plants. The link below is a 10 pack of plants that cost less than 50$ and from my experience that is a great deal. So another cozy fish home idea is to use sand instead of the little pebbles. The pebbles to some fish look like food and can also hurt a fish that swims near them. There are so many sand option but one linked below. So for fish tanks you will need a filter to keep the water clean as thou it was a flowing river. And a heater depending on where you live and how warm you keep your own home. When ordering a filter it is important to get one according to your tank size as well. Below is one for a ten gallon tank. To top that off a heater is normally recommended for them as well. Below is one also meant for 10 gallon tank. So with the basics listed and ideas given there are few notes I like to add. First always have your water in take tested at local pet shop first before getting the fish because if the Ph is off it could harm or kill the fish.
